Legs and glutes workout for a busy gym
When I get to the gym and it's crazy busy, I get completely thrown off what I had planned to do. I’ve found finding a space and sticking with it by far the best option.
Here is a leg and glutes workout with some core at the end, for busy gyms. All I use is my GraceFit (now B_ND) resistance band and grabbing a barbell, dumbells or a kettlebell- whatever I could!
